Indian Food

Indian restaurants are found in almost every state and every city of the America .

India is the country which has multiple cultures, different climate conditions and various food crops which influence the taste of India. All the states in India have different ingredients and different ways of cooking Food.

The northern part of Indian food is generally oily and spicy. Northern India is also famous for Punjabi, Mughalai and Kashmiri Cuisine. The important ingredients of these foods are Coriander, Cumin, Dry red chilies, turmeric, Red Chili powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves and Garam Masala. Some of the north Indian dishes are Biryani, Daal Makhani, Malai Kofta,Panner Tikka Masala Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Fish Amritsari, Samosas and chaat.

South Indian Food are made with rice. Some of the popular dishes are idlis,dosaas , vadas, Upmas, Uttapamas, Rasam, Sambhar.

East India sweats like rasgollas ,julab gambus ,sandesh and rasabali are very popular.

Western Parts of India also has diverse style food. Rajastani dishes are very popular for there taste and gujarati dishes for their uniqueness. Some of these dishes are Khaman, Dhokla, Undhiyu, Dhokli, Dal-Bati, Rajastani Potatoes.

Every Person around the globe has a special Hunger for Indian food.
